The bad points were poor front desk, maid, mini-bar replenish and on site tour booker services. Very hit and miss and no common sense on a number of things from staff. When we checked in the staff put two of us in a queen sized bed when we specifically paid $2,500 for two double-beds. Staff shrugged their shoulders and said it wasn’t their problem. Said they were full and it’s nothing they can do. Paid for a room with a garden view, got the roof of one of their buffet restaurants instead. The safe key didn’t fit into the lock, which subsequently broke off and had to pay $100 for a new one.
